Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This Policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

Shipping Options

We offer USPS & UPS shipping options.

• USPS Ground Advantage (Approx. 5-10 days)
• USPS Priority Mail (Approx. 3-4 days)
• UPS Ground (Approx. 5-10 days)

Above day ranges depend on where you live.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Delays

If order is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of the revised estimated shipping date

 

Shipping Restrictions

AT THIS TIME, UNFORTUNATELY,  WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY 

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Not all items can be shipped to all states, i.e pepper spray and stun guns (please see our FAQ page

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office

 

What happens if my package is damaged, lost or stolen?

If for any reason your package is damaged, lost, or stolen. You will need to submit a claim with the carrier (i.e., USPS, UPS, etc.).

Please note; Watch Your VI is NOT responsible for any package that is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit and/or upon delivery.

 

What happens if I entered an incorrect address?

Please ensure you double check the address you provide when placing your order. If any mistakes are seen ahead of shipping, will can modify small changes. Please send us an email immediately at support@watchyourvi.com
